New DuckDB Server, reports from JSON and more.
Paradigma Software announces the immediate availability of Valentina Server 15, a powerful data and data presentation platform. Valentina Server 15 includes Valentina Reports Server and Valentina Forms Server:
- Valentina Reports Server generates reports with charts, graphs, graphics, sub-reports and more from most major data sources such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, MongoDB and others. It can serve reports as HTML, graphics, XML-enriched PDFs, and ODT files. Valentina Reports Server can also serve reports to Reports Viewer, a viewer in free Valentina Studio.
- Valentina Forms Server stores and serves a full featured, visual forms system to end users on macOS, Linux and Windows. Forms can work with most major data sources. Users can work with forms using a viewer in free Valentina Studio. You can create forms in the Valentina Studio PRO Forms Designer. Form design capabilities can be tested in free Valentina Studio.
Valentina Server also incorporates two internal database servers: ValentinaDB Server and Valentina SQLite Server:
- ValentinaDB Server is a flexible, modern, secure, ultra-fast database system from Paradigma Software
- Valentina SQLite Server lets open-source SQLite developers upscale their solutions very easily for multiple users on a network or cloud
Valentina Server 15 also adds a new, internal database server: Valentina DuckDB Server. DuckDB is an open source, in-process SQL OLAP database management system.

Valentina Server 15 also inherits improvements to individual Paradigma Software technologies, including ValentinaDB, Valentina Reports and Valentina Forms.
Valentina ADKs are components that include commercial, local runtimes as well as a client component for working with Valentina Server. The client portion is licensed at no additional cost to Valentina Server licensees. The following ADKs were updated to support both locally hosted DuckDB files as well as DuckDB databases hosted on Valentina DuckDB Server: Valentina ADKs for Xojo, Valentina ADKs for Java and Valentina ADKs for .NET.
Valentina Server is available for Windows, Linux (x86, ARM64), macOS and Raspberry PI.Valentina 15 products are immediately available for download from the Paradigma Software website.
Licensing Valentina Server 15
Valentina Server is available in three configurations:
- Valentina Server Free Evaluation. A five simultaneous connection license available for free, non-deployment evaluation for commercial users. The same is available for free deployment by academic institutions, instructors and students. See academic licensing for details.
- Valentina Server (standalone). Licensed for commercial use by connections and operating system, including 12 months of free updates and full, direct support, starting at $299.
- Valentina Developer Network. ISVs, system integrators and other developers can get an OEM license of Valentina Server to deploy to their customers, royalty free and in unlimited quantities, starting at $599.
